- ဝယ်ရင် — ဝယ်တဲ့ product၊ ငွေလွှဲ screenshot၊ Transaction နောက်ဆုံး ၄ လုံး၊ delivery အတွက် ထည့်ပေးတဲ့ Gmail / username။
- Cookie ကို ခွင့်ပြုမှသာ — Google Analytics၊ Meta Pixel၊ Datadog က site သုံးပုံ စာရင်း။
ဘာအတွက် သုံးလဲ
Order ကို စစ်ဖို့၊ ပစ္စည်းပို့ဖို့၊ အကူအညီပေးဖို့နဲ့ site ကို ပိုကောင်းအောင် လုပ်ဖို့ပဲ သုံးပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်ကို ဘယ်သူ့ကိုမှ မရောင်းပါ။
ဘယ်သူတွေ မြင်လဲ
Order ကို ကိုင်တွယ်တဲ့ YDS ဝန်ထမ်းတွေပဲ မြင်ပါတယ်။ Email ပို့ဖို့ (Resend)၊ site အလုပ်လုပ်ဖို့ (hosting၊ error monitoring) ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို လိုသလောက်ပဲ သုံးပါတယ်။
Google နဲ့ ဝင်တဲ့အခါ
Google ကနေ နာမည်၊ email နဲ့ profile ပုံကိုပဲ ယူပါတယ် — အကောင့်ဝင်ဖို့နဲ့ order ချိတ်ဖို့ပဲ သုံးပါတယ်။ Gmail၊ Drive စတဲ့ တခြား data ကို မယူပါ။
ဖျက်ချင်ရင်
အကောင့်နဲ့ data ဖျက်ချင်ရင်၊ ပြင်ချင်ရင် Messenger (သို့) Telegram မှာ ပြောပေးပါနော်။ ငွေစာရင်းအတွက် ဥပဒေအရ သိမ်းရမယ့် order မှတ်တမ်းကလွဲလို့ ဖျက်ပေးပါမယ်။
English summary
What we collect. Account details (name, email, optional phone); if you sign in with Google, your Google name, email address and profile picture; order details including payment screenshots, the last four digits of the transaction ID and the Gmail/username you give for delivery; and, only if you accept cookies, analytics from Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Datadog.
How we use it. To process and deliver orders, provide support and improve the store. We never sell personal data.
Google user data. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes and use them solely to sign you in and link your orders. We do not access any other Google data, and we do not share it with third parties or use it for advertising.
Sharing. Only YDS staff handling your order and the service providers needed to run the store (email delivery via Resend, hosting, error monitoring) process your data.
Your choices. To access, correct or delete your account and data, message us on Messenger or Telegram. Order records we must keep for accounting are retained; everything else is deleted.
